Votre futur rôle
Au quotidien, vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de planification, de transformation et d'ingénierie, tout en soutenant les analyses critiques liées au déploiement de projets. Vous contribuerez également à la gestion des opportunités globales et à la coordination des équipes impliquées.
Vous vous occuperez plus particulièrement de l'analyse des délais de mise sur le marché et de la gestion des fichiers d'opportunités globales soumis pour examen, mais aussi de la collecte et de la gestion de données pour soutenir les initiatives de transformation.
Nous ferons appel à vous pour :
Soutenir les analyses de délais de mise sur le marché et coordonner les équipes responsables.
Gérer et maintenir les fichiers d’opportunités globales soumis pour examen dans le cadre des appels d’offres.
Assister le Directeur de la Transformation Planning sur des sujets variés tels que les statistiques, la collecte et la gestion de données, ainsi que la communication.
Contribuer à l'amélioration continue des processus de planification.
Collaborer avec des équipes pluridisciplinaires pour atteindre les objectifs de transformation.
Participer à des initiatives visant à dynamiser la profession de planification chez Alstom.
Apporter des idées innovantes pour optimiser les pratiques actuelles.
Assurer un suivi rigoureux des missions confiées et des objectifs fixés.
Votre profil

Diplôme en préparation : BAC +4, idéalement dans les domaines de l'ingénierie, de la gestion de projets ou équivalent.
Expérience ou compréhension des processus de planification et de gestion de projets.
Connaissance du secteur ferroviaire ou intérêt marqué pour celui-ci.
Familiarité avec la gestion et l'analyse de données.
Compétences en communication écrite et orale pour interagir avec des parties prenantes variées.
Capacité à travailler en équipe et à collaborer dans un environnement multiculturel.
Proactivité et capacité à prendre des initiatives pour atteindre les objectifs fixés.
