Lead the daily operations, maintenance, and regulatory compliance of the barge fleet, including overseeing dry dock projects and vessel inspections. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient transportation services and cost control.
Requires over 7 years of maritime operations or marine engineering experience and at least 5 years of leadership experience managing teams and budgets. A bachelor's degree in Maritime Transportation, Marine Engineering, or Business is preferred.
