The Customer Service Representative will manage daily transportation operations, including load building, tracking, and issue resolution while maintaining strong customer and vendor relationships. They will also provide coaching to team members, implement process efficiencies, and assist with cost negotiations.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the logistics, LTL, and supply chain industry, along with a High School Diploma or GED. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong leadership skills, and the ability to mentor operations staff are required.
This is a full-time permanent position from Monday to Friday.
