We're looking for an organized, motivated, and business-minded Office Operations & Customer Support Specialist to become an integral part of our growing team. Reporting directly to the Company President, this highly visible position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the company's continued growth and success.
Working closely with our manufacturing, logistics, purchasing, and sales teams, you will help ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the business while serving as a key point of contact for customers and vendors. What You'll Do
- Process and manage customer purchase orders accurately and efficiently.
- Forecast customer demand and assist with production scheduling and planning.
- Work closely with manufacturing to ensure customer orders are produced and shipped on time.
- Coordinate with logistics providers to arrange domestic and international shipments.
- Prepare shipping documentation and export paperwork.
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records within company databases.
- Calculate pricing, costs, and profit margins.
- Determine raw material requirements and coordinate purchasing for production.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer and vendor inquiries.
- Work directly with the Company President to identify and support new business opportunities and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist with administrative projects and other office responsibilities as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Associate's degree required (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Strong mathematical aptitude and analytical skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is highly preferred.
- Experience with inventory management, purchasing, production planning, or shipping documentation is preferred.
- Manufacturing, operations, supply chain, or logistics experience is a strong plus.
