The On the Job Trainer provides technical instruction to apprentices and junior technicians while supervising shop processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency. They are responsible for onboarding new technicians, instructing safe work practices, and maintaining training records.
Candidates must be licensed tractor technicians with a minimum of 5 years of Cat experience and some lead-hand or training experience is preferred. A post-secondary education is also preferred, along with a working knowledge of safety procedures and excellent attention to detail.
