The Universal Banker performs combined duties of a Teller and Customer Service Representative, handling financial transactions and opening new accounts. They are also responsible for branch security, compliance, and soliciting new business from customers.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in customer service or sales. Proficiency in the sales process and strong interpersonal skills are required, with banking experience preferred.

Assists clients and makes them feel appreciated. Ensures financial transactions are completed accurately and efficiently, while complying with all policies, procedures and regulatory and banking requirements. Helps build relationships with client by connecting them with other team members who can help them address their financial needs. Works under close supervision with limited decision-making authority.
