The Closing and Sales Associate acts as a liaison between sales, lenders, and homebuyers to ensure a smooth closing process. Responsibilities include managing agreement paperwork, coordinating walkthroughs, and scheduling closings with all relevant parties.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in mortgage, title, or homebuilding, along with strong organizational and communication skills. A high school diploma is required, while an associate or bachelor's degree is preferred.
