The role involves assisting in the technical delivery of healthcare and multi-sector projects while developing and coordinating technical design packages. You will ensure BIM and Revit compliance across all project stages and support planning and tender documentation.
Candidates must be a qualified Architectural Technologist with over 5 years of post-qualification experience and essential proficiency in Revit. Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, statutory consents, and the ability to work in the UK is required.
