This is a remote role, and we are based out of London, Ontario. Weekend and evening availability are part of what helps us support our brands when they need us most.

What You’ll Do

As a MomentMaker® you’ll be the first friendly voice customers hear when they reach out for help. You will:

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, or chat
  • Schedule appointments and share helpful information
  • Listen with empathy and find the best solutions
  • Record accurate details and follow brand guidelines
  • Partner with your team to create a positive experience for every interaction

What You’ll Bring

  • A natural ability to make people feel heard and valued
  • Strong communication skills written and verbal
  • Comfort using technology and learning new systems
  • The ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Availability for evening and weekend shifts
