The Collection Specialist is responsible for managing receivables, performing account reconciliations, and resolving payment discrepancies. They will also enforce prompt action on overdue accounts and maintain client relations through effective communication.
Candidates must have 3-5 years of experience in collections and proficiency in MS Office Suite. Experience in the transportation or supply chain industry and familiarity with Great Plains or TMW software are considered assets.
