The Leasing Consultant is responsible for greeting prospects, conducting property tours, and processing lease and renewal paperwork. They also manage resident requests and collaborate on marketing and community events to maintain positive relations.
A high school diploma is required, with a preference for some college education and 1+ years of sales or leasing experience. Proficiency in MS Office and knowledge of Fair Housing regulations are essential, while YARDI experience is preferred.
We are looking for a Leasing Consultant for our Eastwood Ridge location. This community is a market rate property with 209 units. It is conveniently located near Rochester Community Technical College and has a shuttle service to Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. As the Leasing Consultant, you are responsible for leasing, assisting with the marketing of the apartment community, and maintaining positive relations.
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 8:30AM - 5PM; Saturday 10AM - 2PM
Responsibilities:
(include, but are not limited to)
Physical Demands: The job is periodically sedentary, but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour
and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged
periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the
hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
