The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in daily operations, including leasing, processing applications, and maintaining resident relations. Responsibilities also include managing rental payments, overseeing work orders, and ensuring community policies are enforced.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of sales or six months of multi-family leasing experience. Proficiency in Yardi and Microsoft Office, along with knowledge of Fair Housing regulations, is required.
We are looking for an Assistant Property Manager for our Maple Village location. This community has 148 units and is conveniently located near I-35, 435, and 635, 20 minutes south of downtown Kansas City. The Park at Olathe Station is a pet-friendly community ranging in one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes. As the Assistant Property Manager, you are responsible for providing assistance to the Property Manager with regard to the management of the multi-family apartment community.
Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 9AM - 6PM, Saturday 10AM - 4PM (schedule is subject to change based on business needs)
Responsibilities:

Physical Demands: The job is periodically sedentary, but requires mobility (i.e. climbing stairs or squatting) to tour
and inspect apartments/communities. Involves sitting, walking, or standing for prolonged
periods of time and stooping for brief periods of time. There is some repetitive motion of the
hands and wrists associated with using a computer.
