The associate is responsible for accurately picking, packing, and preparing e-commerce orders for shipment while maintaining quality and brand standards. They also support inventory organization, workflow adjustments, and system documentation within the warehouse.
Candidates must have strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures in a fast-paced environment. Physical requirements include the ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
