Supervisor: VP of Field Operations and Logistics Coordinator
Essential Functions:
Wrapping and Protection
Staging and Loading

Quality Control
Duties and Requirements:
Understand, recognize, and produce Nothing Less Than Monumental craftsmanship and deliver White Glove Customer Service.
Prepares finished goods and hardware packages to be delivered to job sites.
Picks up and delivers materials as needed for jobs on-site and in-house.
Required to stand for long periods of time.
Required to perform heavy lifting 50lbs+.
Able to solve problems and make decisions regarding packing, loading and transporting materials.
May possess an installer’s skill set, including but not limited to reading blueprints, ability to layout and measure, understand concepts of plum, level and square, knowledge of material properties, finishing touches and damage prevention.
Knowledge of general hardware and the integration into the installation.
Develops strong communication Logistics Coordinator and VP of Field Operations to ensure deliveries are done properly and according to schedule.
Possess a valid driver's license and is trained and authorized to drive the Company’s delivery vehicles.
Must be flexible and able to travel.
Maintains the ability to remain objective and proactive, follow through with business priorities, and manage quality initiatives throughout the delivery and installation phase of the operation.
Prepares daily that address developments in areas of responsibility, such as materials, changes to jobs and on-site progress.
Identifies and eliminates Company-wide non-value added activities, by working with Operations Management to implement effective corrective and preventive actions by way of EOS and continuous improvement.
Provides individual contribution in problem solving efforts on selected projects to improve quality and reduce costs.
Builds and maintains confidence of company personnel by exposing and educating them on best management practices and modern technologies and their uses.
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements
Qualifications & Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Possess a valid Driver's License for three years, with a clean driving record in accordance with the company's insurance carrier standards.
High school diploma or its equivalent preferred.
Experience in the cabinetry and millwork business is preferred.
Must be ale to lift over 50lbs.
Must be fluent in the English language.
Communication, organizational and interpersonal skills are essential.
Additional attributes would be OSHA-10 Certified, OSHA-30 Certified, and/or Forklift Certified.
