The Area BT Sales Manager is responsible for leading local negotiated and business transient efforts to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy. This includes developing sales strategies, building key client relationships, and collaborating with revenue management to optimize pricing.
Candidates should have at least 5 years of hospitality experience, including 3 years in a hotel sales leadership role. A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management, or an MBA, is preferred.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Sales Manager who is responsible for leading the local negotiated and business transient efforts to achieve revenue targets and maximize occupancy. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry. The Area BT Sales Manager oversees the development and implementation of sales strategies, builds relationships with key clients, and collaborates with other departments to ensure excellent guest experiences and profitability.
