The Night Auditor manages end-of-day accounting closing procedures, balances daily transactions, and compiles financial reports. Additionally, they handle guest registration, check-outs, and provide general customer support during the overnight shift.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma and basic math and accounting knowledge. Previous customer service experience and familiarity with hospitality management software are preferred.
Description
The Night Auditor will perform all end of day accounting closing procedures for the property. The Night Auditor will be responsible for balancing all daily transactions and compiling daily financial reports. The Night Auditor will also service guests by welcoming, registering and checking-out guests as well as responding to guest needs during their stay.
