The Traffic Control Person is responsible for setting up and managing traffic control zones to ensure the safety of workers and the public. This includes directing motorists, adjusting equipment, and reporting health and safety issues to management.
Candidates must possess a valid BC Traffic Control Person (TCP) certification issued by a regulatory body. Strong communication and de-escalation skills are required to manage public frustrations and maintain site safety.

As a Traffic Control Person (TCP), you will ensure the safety and flow of traffic in work zones. You will be responsible for setting up traffic control zones, adjusting work zone equipment, and responding to emergencies and hazards. You will also play a critical role in upholding quality, delivery, safety, and responsiveness requirements, ensuring that the company's operations run smoothly and without incidents.
