Responsible for processing shipping and delivery orders for clinical trial drugs in accordance with established procedures and cGMP standards. Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess basic English reading and writing skills for email and document comprehension.
DSA(治験薬配送手配)チームの一員として、すべてのお客様の注文が正確かつタイムリーに適切に処理されるよう、高い意欲を持つ人材を募集しています。お客様の声に耳を傾け、チームメンバーと協力しながら、興味深い課題に取り組む機会と責任を担っていただきます。確立された手順を遵守することが重要であることを理解しつつ、チームを支えるために、新しく興味深い課題に取り組むためのアプローチも積極的に講じていただきます。
職務内容：
(1)治験計画に基づき、規定された手順から逸脱することなく、治験薬配送のための出荷・配送オーダーの処理
(2)ピッキングリストの作成および配送用書類の準備(国別の要件対応含)
(3)システムへの在庫・出荷データ入力、管理
(4)トラブル・緊急対応の発生時に、顧客、チームと綿密なコミュニケーションを図り、 問題を解決、顧客のニーズを満たすために必要なアクションをとる。
(5)cGMP(医薬品管理基準)に基づいた高品質なオペレーションの維持
(6)チームとしての１日の業務目標を達成するために、チーム全体の処理能力を把握し、自身の業務だけでなくチームメンバーの業務サポートを適宜行う
※デスクワークが中心ですが、必要に応じて現場(倉庫・出荷エリア)確認も行います。
※治験薬配送手配に関し、顧客とのコミュニケーションには電話を使用するケースもあるため、電話応対が業務上必要になります。

学歴・資格：
高校卒業資格、または同等の資格
実務経験：
物流、倉庫、SCMいずれかの実務経験2年以上、英語での読み書き(初級以上)に抵抗がない方

能力・スキル：
・ 顧客志向であり、学習能力が高いこと
・ 決められた手順を遵守し作業に当たり、異常を検知した場合にチーム・上長に対してタイムリーに報告することができる
・ 問題解決能力に優れ、前向きかつエネルギッシュな姿勢で業務に取り組めること。
・ Microsoft Office（MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook）の実務知識があること
・ 業務ノルマがある環境下で 一定の処理スピード、精度を維持しつつ、PCを操作した書類作成が可能なこと
・ 英文Email、簡単な書類の読解が可能で、読み書き等基本的な英語でのコミュニケーションが可能なこと
