Coordinates technical support, repairs, and maintenance for laboratory equipment, specifically focusing on LC and GC instrumentation. Oversees laboratory operations, resource management, and implements process improvements to increase efficiency and quality.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or equivalent with over 12 years of relevant experience. Must possess strong technical capabilities in HPLC/UPLC/GC troubleshooting and the ability to work in a GLP environment.
This is a fully onsite role based at our Greenfield, IN Laboratory. We welcome applicants from all locations within the US. Please note that relocation assistance is not provided for this position, and any relocation costs will be the responsibility of the candidate.

As a Sr. Lab Support Engineer, your role will be to Coordinate and oversee technical support, repairs and maintenance for laboratory equipment within the department. Oversee and assist group leaders and scientists in laboratory operations such as scheduling, resource management, technical, personnel and compliance related issues. Plan, direct, and implement improvements in systems, processes and procedures to increase efficiency, productivity and quality in the laboratory.
Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to 8+ years).
