Für unsere Standorte der Fisher Clinical Services GmbH, einem Teil von Thermo Fisher Scientific, in Rheinfelden und Weil am Rhein suchen wir engagierte Führungspersönlichkeiten für offene Positionen im operativen Logistik-, Versand- und Lagerumfeld.
In diesen Rollen übernehmen Sie Verantwortung für Mitarbeitende, Ressourcen und reibungslose operative Abläufe. Sie koordinieren tägliche Tätigkeiten, stellen die Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und Prozessstandards sicher und arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen internen Schnittstellen zusammen. Dabei leisten Sie mit Ihrem Team einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Unterstützung weltweiter klinischer Studien.
Mögliche Aufgabenbereiche umfassen unter anderem:
Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung operativer Teams
Koordination von Mitarbeitenden, Ressourcen und Tagesgeschäft
Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe in Versand, Lager, Verpackung oder Distribution
Einhaltung von Qualitäts-, Sicherheits- und regulatorischen Vorgaben
Planung und Sicherstellung notwendiger Materialien, Geräte und Dokumentation
Analyse, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung bestehender Prozesse
Pflege und Auswertung relevanter Kennzahlen und KPIs
Durchführung von Shopfloor- oder Gemba-Runden
Wir freuen uns über Bewerbungen von Personen mit einer abgeschlossenen Ausbildung im Logistikbereich, einer vergleichbaren Qualifikation oder mehrjähriger relevanter Berufserfahrung. Eine Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder eine ähnliche Qualifikation ist von Vorteil.
Idealerweise bringen Sie Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren operativen Führungsrolle mit, zum Beispiel in der Logistik, im Versand, im Lager, in der Produktion, Verpackung oder in einem regulierten Umfeld wie Pharma, Medizintechnik oder Life Sciences. Erfahrung in der fachlichen oder disziplinarischen Führung von Teams ist wünschenswert.
Sie passen gut zu uns, wenn Sie Verantwortung übernehmen, Mitarbeitende motivieren, operative Abläufe klar strukturieren und auch in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick behalten. Eine selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und idealerweise Englisch sowie Interesse an kontinuierlicher Verbesserung runden Ihr Profil ab. Bereitschaft zur Schichtarbeit kann je nach Position erforderlich sein.
