Location: Pleasant Hill, CA
Schedule: Full Time, AM Shift – 6:00am – 2:00pm, may include weekends
Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour
Memory Care of Conta Costa is seeking a Caregiver to join our team of dedicated professionals who want to make a difference in the lives of our residents, their families and our community.
Support residents with activities of daily living including personal hygiene, socialization, cognition, and physical health.
Preserve resident dignity through professional conduct and interactions.
Exhibit a positive customer service attitude as demonstrated by being approachable, friendly, and willing to assist others.
Display personal initiative to complete work without constant supervision.
Demonstrate consistent work attendance as scheduled and addresses work related problems with the proper individuals.
Exhibit communication skills that include careful listening, being sensitive to other people’s thoughts and feelings, giving thoughtful responses, and timely and accurate reporting to appropriate people.
Maintain confidentiality of both resident and staff information.
Present with a neat, clean appearance.
Job Requirements
18+ Years of Age
High school diploma or GED
Current CPR Certification or ability to obtain
Prior direct care experience preferred
