Aider ces marques et maisons à se développer grâce aux réseaux sociaux, à l’influence et à la création de contenu. Basée à Paris et portée par une équipe internationale, CTZAR conçoit des stratégies et des campagnes culturellement pertinentes, capables de générer un impact mondial.
Votre rôle sera d’accompagner tous les projets de production de l’agence en amont et tout au long du processus (élaboration du brief, estimation et négociation budgétaires, choix des talents et des partenaires, négociation des droits et suivi).
MISSIONS
· Pilotage de l'ensemble du cycle de fabrication, de la préproduction à la livraison.
· Réalisation des estimations budgétaires, suivis budgétaires et suivis de la rentabilité (devis et marge brute).
· Mise en place des process & outils de cadrages pour la production (brief de prod, note de production, planning, shooting obj…)
· Encadrement et orientation des choix de production, ainsi que des différentes équipes de création, production et post-production.
· Veille talents et construction d’un réseau de talents créatifs et techniques pour CTZAR Studio : photographes, réalisateurs, makers, studios, make up artists, post-producers… en coordination avec les différentes équipes internes, notamment créatives.
· Définition des choix artistiques : sélection de l’équipe de talents (réalisateurs, photographes, mannequins…) et des lieux de productions (studio, scouting…)
· Pilotage et mise en place opérationnelle des productions de l’agence.
· Construction des plannings et budgets de production, négociations tarifaires avec les prestataires.
· Management des coordinateurs de production : définition des périmètres, suivi de charge, montée en compétences, points réguliers et évaluation
· Structuration de l'équipe et de l'offre de production : définition des rôles et des process internes, identification des compétences à recruter ou développer, formalisation des méthodes de travail, et contribution à la construction d'une offre lisible et différenciante pour nos clients
PROFIL
· Maitrise de toutes les formes de production : vidéo, print…
· 10 à 12 ans d'expérience en agence créative social media ou digitale.
· Vous avez un intérêt fort pour le digital et les réseaux sociaux et comprenez les problématiques stratégiques des marques sur ces canaux.
· Force de proposition, excellente qualité d’écoute, vous cernez les besoins évolutifs des clients.
· Vous êtes enthousiaste, dynamique, et réfléchi : vous aimez transmettre votre expérience
· Sens artistique développé : capacité à juger de la pertinence créative des talets proposés.
· Rigueur opérationnelle. Capacité à trouver des solutions aux difficultés rencontrées.
· Vous faites preuve d’un bon jugement stratégique et créatif.
· Vous maitrisez Power Point et Excel
· Anglais courant indispensable à l’écrit comme à l’oral.
