The trainee will rotate through various operational departments across three national and international hotels to learn all aspects of hotel management. Responsibilities include active participation in daily operations, leading projects, and developing leadership skills under the guidance of a mentor.
Candidates must have a degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Administration and at least one year of operational hotel experience. Fluency in both German and English, along with a willingness to travel and relocate for rotations, is required.
