Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least five years of experience in nonprofit program management or disability advocacy. Must have proven experience in grant compliance, budget management, and building strategic partnerships.

Position Summary:
The Senior Manager of Programs leads the implementation and evaluation of strategic initiatives that advance inclusive education and expand access to special education resources. This role serves as a subject matter resource on inclusive education while applying a broad understanding of disability-related issues, including employment, family support, and accessibility, to support program development and organizational priorities. Working collaboratively across departments, the Senior Manager partners closely with the Development team to ensure the successful implementation of grant-funded programs, fulfillment of grant requirements, and stewardship of funder relationships. The position requires strategic thinking, strong project management skills, and the ability to build effective partnerships that advance the organization's mission.

Salary: $72,000-$92,000 annually
