The analyst is responsible for interpreting operational and financial data to drive efficiency and profitability through labor and productivity performance analysis. They will lead labor analytics initiatives and conduct time and motion studies to optimize staffing models across various departments.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and preferably a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Hospitality, along with at least 2 years of analysis experience. Proficiency in MS Excel is required, with a preference for knowledge of Tableau and SQL.
