Lead the complete lifecycle of municipal waterline construction projects from estimating and bidding through execution and closeout. Drive the growth of the Waterline Division by developing client relationships and establishing standardized operational processes.
Requires over 7 years of experience in managing municipal underground utility projects and proficiency in estimating waterline installations. Must possess strong leadership skills and a valid driver's license, with a preference for knowledge of Ohio EPA requirements.

Position Summary
The Waterline Project Manager / Estimator is responsible for the complete lifecycle of municipal waterline construction projects—from estimating and bidding through project execution and closeout. This position will oversee project profitability, scheduling, client communication, subcontractor management, and field operations while helping establish processes that support the long-term growth of the division.
This position reports directly to executive leadership and plays a key role in expanding Vallejo's presence throughout Northeast Ohio.

Vallejo started as a Cleveland based, Local Heavy Highway Trucking company subcontracting work to both public and private sectors. With success in that industry they grew to include subcontract construction services for underground utilities such as water and sewer. Under new ownership in 2013, Vallejo has successfully expanded to become a general contractor providing services in Gas, Water and Sewer installation and repair completing projects in size up to $4,000,000. In these 7 short years Vallejo has more than doubled its size and is continuing to grow. Through this growth Vallejo also now offers services in Directional Boring and Hard Restoration Services in both Asphalt and Concrete.
