About the Role

If you’re someone who thrives on organization, enjoys juggling multiple projects, and loves keeping people and timelines on track, you’ll enjoy the fast-paced nature of this role.

As a Campaign Manager, you’ll partner closely with one Creator Manager to help manage a portfolio of creators and bring brand partnerships to life. From the moment a campaign kicks off until the final deliverables are submitted, you’ll be the person helping everything stay organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.

You’ll work directly with creators, brands, and internal teams to make sure campaigns are executed successfully while creating an exceptional experience for everyone involved.

Core Responsibilities

Manage Campaigns from Start to Finish

• Keep multiple influencer campaigns moving from kickoff through completion.
• Track campaign timelines, deliverables, approvals, and deadlines.
• Ensure campaigns remain organized and progress according to schedule.
• Proactively identify and resolve potential roadblocks to keep campaigns on track.

Support Creator Partnerships

• Partner closely with one Creator Manager to support their high-performing creator roster.
• Be a day-to-day point of contact for creators throughout active campaigns.
• Coordinate content deadlines, approvals, revisions, shipping logistics, and campaign requirements.
• Help create a smooth, positive experience for creators every step of the way.

Collaborate with Brand Partners

• Communicate professionally with brand and agency partners regarding campaign status, deliverables, approvals, and revisions.
• Ensure all campaign requirements are fulfilled according to contract terms.
• Organization & Project Coordination

Keep Everything Organized

• Maintain campaign trackers, calendars, and project management tools.
• Keep accurate notes and documentation throughout each campaign.
• Coordinate with our Business Affairs, Finance, Creator Growth, and other internal teams to keep projects moving.

Wrap up Campaigns

• Assist with campaign reporting and wrap-up documentation
• Confirm all deliverables have been completed before campaigns are officially closed.

Experience Required:

• 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, campaign management, account management, PR, talent management, advertising, or a similar client-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills and enjoy managing multiple moving pieces at once.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Experience working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Experience using Google Workspace and project management tools.
