What You'll Be Doing
As a Hotdogger, you'll help create the legendary Hot Dog on a Stick experience by:
Serving Up Smiles
Greeting guests with enthusiasm and genuine friendliness Providing exceptional customer service with every interaction Creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere that keeps guests coming back Turning first-time visitors into lifelong fans
Running the Show
Operating a point-of-sale (POS) system and handling cash and card transactions accurately Taking guest orders and delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
Making the Magic
Preparing our famous Hot Dogs on a Stick and other menu favorites Making our legendary hand-stomped lemonade fresh throughout the day Mixing batter, preparing ingredients, and ensuring every product meets our quality standards Following all food safety and sanitation procedures

The Physical Side of the Fun
Being a Hotdogger is an active job that keeps you moving throughout your shift. Team members should be comfortable:
Standing for 2 to 8 hours per shift Working independently and as part of a team Lifting, carrying, and stocking products weighing up to 50 pounds Preparing fresh lemonade, including our famous hand-stomping process Mixing batter using a wire whisk throughout the day Working around hot cooking equipment, food preparation tools, and cleaning supplies Frequently handling food products and guest transactions Keeping a clean and organized work environment
