The Line Cook is responsible for preparing menu items accurately and efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. They must also ensure the kitchen remains clean, organized, and compliant with all food safety and sanitation regulations.
Candidates should have at least one year of experience in a high-volume kitchen and possess a valid Food Handlers' certification. The role requires the ability to follow recipes, work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and lift up to 50 pounds.
