Oversee daily dining room operations and coordinate resident seating to ensure an exceptional dining experience. Provide on-the-job training and coaching for the dining services team while managing POS systems and inventory.
Requires a high school diploma and at least two years of front-of-house experience in hospitality or fine dining. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
