Manage vendor performance, quality, and delivery while sourcing new alternative suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and value. Lead RFQs, contract negotiations, and cost-reduction projects in collaboration with engineering and QA teams.
Requires expertise in manufacturing processes, cost analysis, and quality tools such as FMEA and PPAP. Professional certifications like CPM, CPSM, CWA, or IWE are highly preferred.
Job Description
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Demonstrate skills in manufacturing/engineering process, cost breakdown analysis.
• CPM or CPSM is a plus. Familiar with ISO9001 system, quality tools application in project management, like FMEA, APQP, PPAP etc.
• Working proactive and initiative, team-working attitude
• Good reporting and presentation skills with sufficient material
• With the CWA or IWE certificate

• Good at building up and maintaining harmonious yet healthy relationships with other teams, departments and suppliers.
• Works well under pressure, able to prioritize workload, and demonstrates bias for action
