The Sales Development Representative will conduct high-volume outbound sales calls to prospect and qualify leads across European markets. They are responsible for building rapport with potential clients and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system.
Candidates must have proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling, along with fluency in English and at least one additional European language. The role requires a high-energy individual capable of maintaining a consistent daily call volume within a specific timezone.

About the Role
Our client is a fast-scaling company expanding across Europe, looking for someone who lives for the phone — not the spreadsheet. This is a pure sales role: high call volume, high energy, no hiding in admin work. If you get a rush from booking a meeting or closing a deal, keep reading.
Make 50+ outbound sales calls per day, every day
Prospect and qualify leads across target European markets
Build genuine rapport fast, in more than one language
Log everything properly in the CRM — no shortcuts
Help shape a young, fast-moving company from the ground floor
Fluent in English, plus at least one of: French, German, Danish, Dutch, Spanish, or Portuguese
Based in a timezone within ±3 hours of CET
Proven experience in outbound sales — cold calling required
Strong communication skills — persuasive, clear, and comfortable on the phone all day
Genuine excitement about building something in a young, growing company
Willingness and stamina to hit 60+ calls per day, consistently
Experience working with a CRM
Experience with lead enrichment tools/processes
Experience in logistics or automotive
