The Chief of Security is responsible for the daily direction and supervision of security operations to ensure the safety of staff and the client population. Key duties include developing security policies, managing staff performance, and coordinating emergency responses and riot control plans.
Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least five years of progressive experience in a correctional environment, including two years of management experience. A bachelor's degree in behavioral sciences or a related field is preferred.
