The Community Navigator develops and maintains a network of community-based service providers to support participants' successful reintegration. They are responsible for stabilizing participants' essential needs and referring them to appropriate treatment and behavioral health providers.
A high school diploma is required, with a bachelor's degree in social services or criminal justice preferred. Candidates must have at least two years of experience in criminal justice, treatment, or social services settings.
