The Group Fitness Trainer is responsible for designing and leading effective HIIT-style workouts while maintaining a clean and safe gym environment. They also provide emotional support to members and assist with the promotion and sale of supplements and apparel.
Candidates must hold a nationally accredited fitness certification such as NASM, ACE, or ISSA and possess current CPR/AED certification. A minimum of 3 years of group coaching experience and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds are required.
