The Production Manager is responsible for owning the installation calendar and managing five install crews to ensure efficient project completion. They serve as the primary post-sale contact for customers and implement process improvements to optimize production workflows.
Candidates should have experience managing field teams or logistics operations with strong organizational and communication skills. While home services or construction experience is preferred, the primary requirement is the ability to lead teams and manage complex scheduling.
