Oversee daily maintenance and engineering operations to ensure a safe and efficient environment for guests and staff. Lead preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs, and supervise the maintenance team's activities.
Requires a high school diploma and at least three years of maintenance or facilities experience, including prior supervisory experience. Technical certifications in HVAC, electrical, or plumbing are preferred.

Dayton Vitality Hotel is looking for a motivated, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join our team! Reporting to the Executive Engineer, this role is fully onsite responsible for overseeing the daily maintenance and engineering operations of the property, ensuring a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment for guests and team members. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead preventive maintenance programs, coordinate repairs and facility improvements, support life safety and regulatory compliance initiatives, and supervise maintenance team activities. This position plays a key role in protecting the hotel's assets, maintaining operational excellence, and supporting an exceptional guest experience.
