Act as the first point of contact for the club by answering calls and managing internal transfers. Handle reservations, cancellations, and amendments using the SevenRooms booking system.
Candidates should have excellent communication and organizational skills with proficiency in IT and administration. Experience in luxury hospitality and knowledge of SevenRooms is advantageous.
