The Supervision Coordinator will oversee all RBT supervision activities, ensure compliance with BACB and insurance standards, and provide mentorship to fieldwork students. They will also maintain a small clinical caseload and coordinate training performance feedback for staff.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree with an approved BCBA course sequence and possess active BCBA certification and LBA licensure in Virginia. A minimum of 3 years of experience in BCBA certification and supervising fieldwork students is required.
