Assist in the preparation and production of pastries, desserts, cakes, and bread
Support the senior pastry team in the daily operations
Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient pastry section
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards at all times
Assist with the mise en place and service preparation for the food & beverage outlets
Contribute to and support creativity within the pastry department
Ensure all products meet the hotel's five star presentation and quality standards
