The Banquet Bartender is responsible for crafting classic and signature cocktails while providing exceptional guest experiences. Duties include managing bar inventory, maintaining stock levels, and adhering to service steps to ensure guest satisfaction.
Candidates must possess a valid Serve Right Certificate and have a basic knowledge of wine, beer, and cocktails. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays is required, with previous hospitality experience considered an asset.
