The Air-Conditioning, Heating, and Refrigeration Institute (AHRI) is one of the largest trade associations in the nation, representing more than 300 heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC), water heating, and commercial refrigeration manufacturers from all parts of the world. Ensuring human comfort, productivity, and safety while practicing environmental stewardship is the mission of AHRI. Through our certification program, standards, advocacy, and other activities, we strive to help save energy, improve productivity, and ensure a better environment.
AHRI has an opening for a Customer Support Coordinator the Customer Support Coordinator will support software application users and partners with members of the AHRI Data Services, Membership, and accounting teams. The Customer Support Coordinator provides daily application support to numerous customers expecting fast response, maintains support documentation, and provides administrative oversight to the AHRI Data Subscription program.
Essential duties and responsibilities for this position are as follows:
Customer Service
Respond to customers, via online ticketing system, who require assistance using the AHRI Directory of Certified Product Performance or redirecting tickets to the responsible party within AHRI.
Program Administration
Manage the interest, application, and onboarding process for parties joining AHRI’s Data Subscription Program.
Maintain current participants in the AHRI Data Subscription Program, including updates to documentation, system permissions, and requesting invoices.
Communication and Documentation
Provide prompt, courteous, clear, and accurate support to customers regarding AHRI software applications and data.
Assist product management and analyst teams in writing and maintaining documentation to assist customers and standardize AHRI’s responses to customer inquiries.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
AHRI offers a full benefits package with a flexible work schedule and a friendly work environment. The salary range for this position is$63,101.00 - $70,178.00.
The work location for this position is Arlington, VA. Subject to supervisor approval, AHRI employees are eligible for participation in AHRI's alternate workplace program after 90 days of employment and a 90-day appraisal at a level of meets expectations.
