The coordinator provides daily application support to software users and manages the AHRI Data Subscription program. Responsibilities include responding to support tickets and maintaining standardized documentation for customers.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position. Candidates should be able to provide prompt, clear, and accurate support to software application users.
