Accountabilities
Drive company vehicles to deliver products to customer locations.
Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
Always organize warehouse and work area for orderliness, including sweep and mopping
Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise.
Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in the delivery area.
Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards.
Open bales, crates and other containers.
Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing requests, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed manually. May also assist in counting of physical inventory.
Prepare material for distribution and other entities.
Responsible for off-loading, put-away, picking and staging of equipment and parts while providing professional quality customer service.
Wear the proper safety equipment.
Forklift operation for various tasks including the maintenance.
Refuel Vehicles in accordance with vehicle specifications.
Perform preventative maintenance checks daily, weekly, and monthly.
Following the best practices for safety, both on the road and while loading or unloading a truck.
Obtaining client or customer signatures when needed and ensuring that all documentation is properly completed at submission.
