Tesonet Global team is looking for a meticulous and smart Executive Assistant to keep our administrative engine running smoothly. You will be the go-to person for things that actually matters: filling in various forms, reviewing documents and spreadsheets, collecting data, and handling KYC processes. From completing forms for the bank to supporting teams like Investment, Tax, Legal, Treasury, Brand & Comms, and M&A, you will work directly with high-level executives on interesting projects across a large international group.

This is a senior role. The key is to be self-sufficient and proactive, so we need someone who takes ownership, asks questions, and genuinely loves precision, details, and clear structure.

What You Will Do

• Be responsible for preparation of various forms, documents, and spreadsheets, including bank and KYC documentation;

• Collect, organize, and maintain data across different processes and teams;

• Review documents and ensure everything is accurate and in order;

• Support teams such as Investment, Tax, Legal, Treasury, Brand & Comms, and M&A with administrative tasks;

• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and be part of different projects within the group;

• Proactively identify what needs to be done, ask questions, and take initiative.

What We Expect

• Proven experience in an executive assistant, administrative, or similar senior support role;

• A mature, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional who loves accuracy, structure, and getting things right;

• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and handle multiple assignments at any given time;

• Proactive mindset: you come, ask, and take ownership rather than wait for instructions;

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with excellent English;

• Professional mindset and the utmost discretion when handling confidential information;

• Responsible, loyal, and dependable personality.

Salary Range

• Gross salary: 2500-4000 Eur per month.
