The Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for greeting patients, managing appointment scheduling, and handling office communications. They also manage patient records, insurance information, and coordinate x-rays with dental professionals.
Candidates must have prior hands-on dental front desk experience, with orthodontic experience being highly preferred. Proficiency in Dolphin management software is considered a plus for this role.
