Organize and optimize the flow of approximately 150 trucks and 600 daily movements to ensure operational fluidity and safety. Act as the primary contact for drivers and coordinate with agricultural and logistics teams to manage priorities and schedules.
Requires previous experience in a similar logistics role and knowledge of transport regulations. Candidates must demonstrate strong organizational skills, reactivity, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic operational environment.

Au cœur de
l’activité du site, vous organisez les flux logistiques afin de garantir la
fluidité des opérations, la sécurité des intervenants et la disponibilité des
moyens de transport. Votre rôle est essentiel pour assurer la bonne réception
des matières et la performance globale des équipes.
🚦 Ce que vous faites au quotidien
Organiser et optimiser une flotte d’environ 150
camions.
Coordonner les flux sur 6 chantiers de chargement.
Contribuer à la gestion de près de 600 mouvements
de camions par jour.
Être le point de contact quotidien des
transporteurs et chauffeurs
Accueillir et accompagner les chauffeurs sur le
site.
Aider les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des
outils et applications.
Gérer les priorités en temps réel
Résoudre les aléas d’exploitation et ajuster les
plannings.
Préparer l’organisation logistique du lendemain.
Participer à l’affectation des transports de
coproduits et à l’optimisation des flux.
🦺 Contribuer à la sécurité du site
Veiller au respect des règles de sécurité et des
procédures d’échantillonnage.
Rédiger et diffuser des communications sécurité
auprès des équipes.
Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes agricoles, les
responsables de centre et les équipes logistiques terrain pour garantir la
réussite des opérations.
