Candidates must have 5–7+ years of leadership experience in a shop environment with strong knowledge of fleet management and transportation. Proven ability to mentor staff, manage safety programs, and implement process improvements is required.

As the Regional Maintenance Manager, you will partner closely with Service Managers to enhance profitability across all maintenance categories, implement standardized repair procedures for all trailer types, and ensure consistent operational performance across branches. You will play a key role in shaping maintenance strategy, supporting branch teams, and driving continuous improvement.
