Module Lead, Salesforce Product Development  

Location: Nagpur, India; Hybrid | In-Office Options

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Module Lead to drive the architecture, design, and delivery of innovative Salesforce-based products and solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep Salesforce platform expertise, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of leading cross-functional engineering teams in a product development environment.

As a Module Lead, you will be responsible for defining technical strategy, ensuring engineering excellence, mentoring development teams, and collaborating with Product, Professional Services, QA and Customer Success Teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance Salesforce products.

What You’ll Do:

Technical Leadership

• Work with Lead to design, development, and delivery of Salesforce-based products and platform capabilities. 
• Define and enforce technical standards, coding practices, and architectural guidelines. 
• Drive solution architecture decisions across Salesforce clouds and related technologies. 
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend platform enhancements. 
• Collaborate with Technical Leads, Product Managers and Stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable product architectures. 
• Lead feature development across the Salesforce ecosystem, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and integrations.  

Delivery & Quality:

• Drive Agile development practices and participate in sprint planning, estimation, and release management. 
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality product releases. 
• Collaborate with QA teams to establish automated testing and quality assurance practices. 
• Support Salesforce Security and DevOps best practices. 

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of software development experience 
• Strong expertise in: 
• Apex 
• Lightning Web Components (LWC) 
• Aura Components 
• Agentforce
• Salesforce APIs and Integration 
• SOQL/SOSL 
• Salesforce Security and Sharing Model 
• Salesforce DX (SFDX)
• Flow Automation
• Experience with Salesforce platform architecture and design patterns. 
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture, and Integration frameworks. 
• Hands-on experience on CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce certifications such as: 
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I 
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II 
• Salesforce Agentforce Specialist – Preferred
• Experience working with managed packages and package lifecycle management. 
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure platforms.
