The Regional Business Development Manager will cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the Austin development ecosystem to secure new project opportunities. They will lead pursuit strategies, monitor market trends, and collaborate with internal teams to align firm expertise with client needs.
Candidates must have 7–10 years of experience in business development or client-facing roles within the commercial real estate or A/E/C industry. A strong professional network in Austin and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field are preferred.

We're looking for a connector, a community builder, and a strategic relationship champion to join our team as Regional Business Development Manager in Austin.
In this role, you'll cultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with private developers, architects, engineers, contractors, public entities, and decision-makers influencing Austin's built environment. Working alongside TBG's Principals and Client Development team, you'll help position TBG with the right clients and project opportunities so that when great work is being planned, we're already at the table. This role is ideal for someone who knows Austin's commercial development ecosystem, thrives on building genuine relationships, and believes great design can transform communities.
