The Cross Dock Administrator manages inbound and outbound warehouse transactions within the WMS and audits freight against shipping documentation for accuracy. They also coordinate with 3PL personnel to facilitate efficient freight flow and resolve operational issues such as shipping discrepancies.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least two years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or transportation operations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with Warehouse Management Systems are required.
